Tinos Beach is now operating under the ownership and management of Attica Blue Hospitality, a member of Attica Group, marking the beginning of a new era for the historic property. Following the acquisition of the hotel and within the framework of a long-term investment plan, Tinos Beach has undergone a complete architectural and operational renovation which commenced in 2023 and will be fully completed in Spring 2026. The redevelopment program includes a total transformation of all hotel facilities, rooms and guest areas, fully upgrading the property’s infrastructure, services and hospitality offering. Upon reopening in May 2026, the hotel will feature a total of 151 fully renovated rooms and suites, all redesigned to contemporary standards of comfort and aesthetic quality. The upgraded facilities will also include a wellness spa, fitness center, conference venue, outdoor swimming pool together with a children’s pool, bar, two restaurants, as well as redesigned lobby, reception and all indoor and outdoor common areas. The architectural and operational approach aims to create an authentic hospitality environment, combining comfort with timeless aesthetics and a meaningful connection to place. With the core message “Rooted in «topos», open to the world,” Tinos Beach celebrates the authenticity of Tinos and aspires to become a contemporary landmark of identity for the island, honoring its cultural heritage. With the completion of the renovation, Tinos Beach will operate as a 5-star hotel, offering a renewed and refined hospitality experience while remaining connected to the authentic character of the island of Tinos. The new ownership, combined with the complete reconstruction and functional redesign of the property, establishes Tinos Beach as an entirely renewed hotel, distinct from its previous form in terms of operation, services, facilities and overall guest experience.
